Dream Novello – Typical room, garden view

Welcome to Novello, in the heart of the Langhe.

You'll stay in this room, which is part of our "Dream Novello" house. The entire house is also available for rent if you'd like more privacy.

The garden with jacuzzi*, the terrace, the living room and the kitchen are spaces shared with other guests.

Quiet and spacious, the room, located a few steps from the town center, offers a pleasant view of the garden.

You'll stay in a private room in our charming, typically Langhe-style house, "Dream Novello." This carefully renovated property combines stone, wood, and natural materials.

The common areas, shared with other guests, include:

• A bright living room with reading corner, TV and Wi-Fi

• A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, stove, coffee machine) with dining area

• A panoramic terrace and a garden with an outdoor jacuzzi

• Free parking on the street, right in front of the house

• A secure garage for motorbikes (upon advance request)

You will have access to your private room, as well as the common areas shared with other guests: the kitchen, living room, terrace, garden, and jacuzzi.

Access to the house is easy, even though it's located in the town center. There's no limited traffic zone (ZTL), so there's no risk of a fine. Free parking is available right in front.

We live right upstairs, so we're always available to help, advise you on local activities, or assist you if you need help.

We fully respect your privacy, but we're always happy to chat or share a moment of conviviality, if you'd like.

The garden and terrace offer splendid views of the hills and vineyards. The jacuzzi* is accessible according to the hours established on site.

The tranquility of the location and immediate proximity to the town center make it an ideal starting point for exploring the region.

Please note that some spaces are shared with other guests. Respect and conviviality are therefore essential for a peaceful coexistence.

* The jacuzzi is open from April to October.
