Dream Novello – Quiet and spacious room

Welcome to Novello, in the heart of the Langhe.

You will be staying in this room which is part of our "Dream Novello" house, which you can also rent in its entirety if you want more privacy.

The garden with its jacuzzi*, the terrace, the living room and the kitchen are spaces shared with possible other travelers.

The room, located a stone's throw from the village centre, is both spacious and very quiet, with a large private bathroom.

You will stay in a private room in a charming house typical of the Langhe region, "Dream Novello", which has been completely and carefully renovated, combining stone, wood and natural materials.

The common areas, shared with other travelers, include:

• A bright living room with a reading corner, TV and Wi-Fi

• A fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine) with a dining area

• A panoramic terrace and a garden with an outdoor jacuzzi

• Free street parking, directly opposite the house

• A secure garage for motorcycles (upon prior request)

You will have access to your private room, as well as to common areas shared with other travelers: the kitchen, the living room, the terrace, the garden and the jacuzzi.

Access to the house is easy, even in the heart of the village. There's no limited traffic zone (ZTL), so there's no risk of a fine. Free parking is available directly opposite.

We live just above and are therefore available at any time to meet your needs, advise you on local activities or intervene if necessary.

We respect your privacy, but we are always available if you wish to chat or share a friendly moment.

The garden and terrace offer splendid views of the hills and vineyards. The jacuzzi* is accessible according to the schedule set on site.

The tranquility of the location and its immediate proximity to the village centre make it an ideal starting point for exploring the region.

Please note that some spaces are shared with other travelers. Respect and courtesy are therefore essential for a pleasant stay.

* The jacuzzi is open from March to October.
